The gate
Run admission from a kiosk on a tablet, with a price for each kind of visitor and verified discounts where you need them. Members get in free, with the number of guests their tier allows. Daily visitor counts come straight from the sales.

The plant sale
Add every plant and product with its price, stock and SKU, and sell at the kiosk or on a card reader at the sale table. When stock runs out, the item shows as out of stock. Purchases land on the buyer's record next to their membership, so you know which plant-sale regulars have never been asked to join.
Classes, workshops and summer camps
Run a class or camp with its schedule, eligibility, pricing, application, waitlist and roster. Attach a waiver or disclosure, and export every signed acknowledgment when your insurer asks. Members can get their own price automatically.

Memberships
Tiers with their own term, benefits and price. Monthly payments, an auto-renew discount, gift memberships for the holidays and complimentary memberships for volunteers. Offer codes for a spring membership drive, with a limit on how many times each can be used.

Concerts, the gala and the raffle
Put a summer concert series on one box office page. At the gala, guests bid on silent items from their phones, the auctioneer runs the live auction and the paddle raise by bidder number, and everyone is charged in one batch at the end. Put the room screen on the big display and everyone can watch the total climb toward the goal, scan a QR code to bid and give, and see a thank-you as each gift comes in.

Sell raffle tickets online and at the table, and record the drawing with the winning ticket, so there is a record of how the winner was chosen. Check your state's rules on raffles before you run one.
