Membership is the base
Tiers with their own price, term and benefits. Monthly payments, an auto-renew discount, gift memberships and complimentary memberships for volunteers. Offer codes with a limit on redemptions, for a membership drive at the farmers market. You decide how renewals and lapses behave.
Campaign gifts and pledges
When a property comes up and you have months to raise the purchase price, record pledges alongside recurring and one-time gifts, and group everything under a campaign so the total is always current. Record checks and cash by hand, without charging a card.

Guided hikes, workshops and volunteer days
Run a guided hike, a naturalist workshop or a youth program as a class, with a roster, capacity, waitlist, attendance and a signed waiver for every participant. Export every signed acknowledgment when your insurer asks.

The annual dinner, the auction and the raffle
Sell tickets and tables, run a silent auction on guests' phones and a paddle raise for a named property, and charge every winner in one batch at the end of the night. Put the room screen on the big display and everyone can watch the total climb toward the goal, scan a QR code to bid and give, and see a thank-you as each gift comes in.

Sell raffle tickets online and at the table, and record the drawing with the winning ticket, so there is a record of how the winner was chosen. Check your state's rules on raffles before you run one.
